4. Orders and Payment

• Purchase orders (POs) may be submitted for tracking purposes

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within the United States
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

• Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original packaging and resalable condition
• A restocking fee may apply
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Product Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover:
